What to expect from the Dayplanner:

Overview

With the Day planner, you can see all work orders scheduled and assigned for today at a glance.


User friendly

Our digital day planner resembles the old physical planning board you're used to, making it easy to adopt.


Time saving

Mechanics can see their scheduled work directly on their tablets, eliminating the need to walk to the planning board.


Main functionalities of the Dayplanner

  • Assign work orders by simply dragging them to the respective mechanic.
  • On their tablet, the mechanic can see all work orders assigned to them in the Day planner.
  • Hover over the work order number or other icons to view all interventions of the work order.

Developments

At the beginning of 2024, we announced that Claire would be getting a new look and feel. Starting from September 1st*, you can upgrade from version 7 to version 8 (V8).

Here is the new design of the Day planner! It works the same but is now even more user-friendly.
